How long will my implementation take?

Your Zoho implementation project lead time will be estimated up front within your project scoping document. It will be estimated based on your project requirements.   

Do you offer telephony integration?

What if it's determined that more project deliverables need to be added? 

If the customer requires additional services, DSL Telecom may provide an adjusted scope of work which can require amendments to costings or schedules.

What about ongoing support for the software?

What is the "Scope of Work"?

It defines the project-specific activities, deliverables and timelines to implement the project.
