    Can I view or track my Vox Telkom LTE data usage?

    Vox LTE receives a delayed usage feed from the upstream provider, so more accurate usage can be viewed by logging into your router.
    Does my Vox Telkom LTE data rollover?

    Unused Anytime data for Vox LTE will expire after 60 days from allocation. Unused bonus data does not rollover and is valid for 30 days.
    Can I upgrade my Vox Telkom LTE package?

    Yes, upgrades for Vox Telkom LTE can be done and are scheduled for the end of the month. Please reach out to our team at support@dsltelecom.co.za and we will happily assist you.

    Can I downgrade my Vox Telkom LTE package if needed?

    Yes, downgrades for Vox LTE can be done and are subject to an administration fee, which will be determined at the time of your request. Downgrades are scheduled for the end of the month. Please reach out to our team at support@dsltelecom.co.za  and we will happily assist you.
    What happens if I cancel my Vox Telkom LTE package?

    You can cancel your Vox LTE package by giving one full month calendar notice and there is no cancellation fee. Any promotional or rental hardware, product-specific T&Cs apply.

    For example, if you place a cancellation on 20 Nov, your service will be cancelled on the last day of Dec.
