What is classroom training
DSL Telecom's Zoho Training is an instructor-led program, which helps attendees master their use of Zoho Software. Classroom training follows a specific course outline and is not personalised to your organisation.
Who should attend?
Our comprehensive hands-on courses are a must for:
- New system administrators responsible for the setup, configuration, and maintenance of their organisation's Zoho applications
- New/existing employee groups that would benefit from deepening their knowledge of the Zoho systems they work in every day, including Sales, Marketing, Support, Finance, HR and IT.
What should I bring to training sessions?
Bring your laptops and chargers to the training. There will be hands-on exercises.
Can I bring a colleague to the training?
Yes, provided your colleague has registered and paid for the training session. Contact us for group discounts.
Will training be tailored to my organisation?
The classroom training is not exclusive to any single organisation or industry. The scenarios, demonstrations, and examples shown as part of the training will be generic and not tailored to any individual organisation's preference
How do I register for training?
Once we have received your registration confirmation, our Accounts Department will send you an invoice for full payment. Once this payment has been received you will be sent a registration confirmation notification from our team.
Can I reschedule my training?
Yes, you may reschedule your training, provided it is rescheduled as a whole, and not in parts. For example, if the trainee has registered for June 4, 5 and 6, they cannot attend the sessions on June 4 and 5, and reschedule the session on June 6 for a different date.
Can I cancel my training?
You may cancel your booking at any time. You will get a full refund on the cancellation of your booking provided it is cancelled at least 14 days before the event date.
Does the training cost include implementation?
Implementation of the customer's CRM solution will not be a part of classroom training. Should you require implementation, you can speak with one of our Zoho Specialists.
