Frequently Asked Questions About Zoho Training Courses

What is Zoho classroom training?

Classroom training is an instructor-led program designed to help attendees master their use of Zoho software. The training follows a set course outline and includes demonstrations and hands-on exercises. Please note that classroom training is not customised to any specific organisation or industry.

Who should attend the Zoho training sessions?

Our training is designed for:

  • New system administrators responsible for setup, configuration, and maintenance of Zoho applications.
  • New and existing employees who want to deepen their knowledge of the Zoho systems they use every day, across Sales, Marketing, Support, Finance, HR, or IT.
    What should I bring to Zoho training?

    Please bring your laptop and charger. Our training includes hands-on exercises and case studies.

    Can I bring a colleague to Zoho training?

    Yes, provided your colleague has registered and paid for the training. Group discounts are available; please contact us to discuss.

    Will the Zoho training be tailored to my organisation?

    No, classroom training is not tailored to individual organisations. The examples and scenarios are generic to ensure all attendees can follow along. If you require training customised to your business processes, please ask us about our custom Zoho workshops.

    How do I register for Zoho training?

    Once you confirm your registration, our Accounts Department will send an invoice for full payment. After payment is received, we will email you a confirmation of your booking.
    Can I reschedule my Zoho training courses?

    Yes, you may reschedule your full training program to another date. Partial reschedules are not possible (for example, you cannot attend Day 1 and Day 2, then reschedule Day 3 to another session).
    Can I cancel my Zoho training?

    Yes, but cancellations must be submitted in writing and emailed directly to DSL Telecom. Please notify us as soon as possible so we can update the venue, trainers, and caterers.

    Cancellation fees:

    • 11–30 days before the course: 10% of course fee

    • 6–10 days before the course: 20% of course fee

    • 4–6 days before the course: 30% of course fee

    • 1–3 days before the course: 50% of course fee

    • No show on the day: 100% of course fee


    Does the Zoho training cost include implementation?

    No, implementation of your CRM or Zoho solution is not included in classroom training. If you require implementation, please speak to one of our Zoho Specialists about a separate implementation package.

    Will I receive a certificate?

    Yes. Each attendee receives a certificate of completion at the end of the training.

    Is support available after training?

    Yes. Our team can provide additional support or coaching after your training to help you apply what you’ve learned. This is available as a separate service.
