How do I sign up for Telkom Frogfoot fibre to the home (FTTH)?
To sign up for FTTH you need to follow these easy steps:

  1. Fill in your details on the quick online application from www.uncappedfibre.co.za/Telkom/Frogfoot
  2. Once we receive your quick form details, we will call you to confirm them and send you an application to sign electronically.
  3. Send us the signed application along with your supporting documentation.
  4. We will process the deal and schedule your fibre installation
What documentation is required for a Telkom Frogfoot fibre application?

Telkom requires the following supporting documentation:

  • Clear copy of ID (a certified copy is preferred*)
  • Proof of physical address (not older than 3 months)
  • Latest Telkom bill (only required if you are an existing Telkom client)
Can someone else pay for my Telkom Frogfoot fibre account?

Yes. You can use a third-party bank account by supplying a copy of their ID and a signed authorisation letter.
