What’s included in all PBX plans?

Every plan comes with full access to the Yeastar PBX system, including core features like call routing, IVR, voicemail-to-email, auto-attendant, call transfer, ring groups, and more. The key difference between plans is the level of support and added services.

How do I know which plan is right for my business?

Your plan choice should be based on the support level your business needs. If you have in-house IT or prefer to manage the system yourself, a standard plan may be enough. If you want hands-on support, advanced features like call recording, and discounted call rates, the higher-tier plans are a better fit.

What makes the Ultimate X plan different?

 The Ultimate X plan includes everything in the lower tiers, plus:


  • Optional Call Cabinet call recording with integration included (storage billed separately)
  • Discounted outbound call rates
  • Priority SLA-backed support
  • Ideal for teams that handle high call volumes or need compliance-ready features.

Do the plans include setup and support?

 Yes. All plans include setup and support, but the level of support varies:


  • Entry-level plans include business-hours helpdesk access
  • Premium plans include extended hours and faster response times
  • Ultimate X includes priority ticket handling and proactive system monitoring

Can I change plans later?

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your PBX plan at any time as your business grows or your support needs change. We'll help ensure the transition is seamless.

Is call recording available in the plans?

Yes, basic call recording is available on all plans. For compliant call recording via Call Cabinet, integration is only included in the Ultimate and Ultimate X plans. Storage costs are billed separately.

Do I need to buy phones or hardware separately?

 We offer Yeastar-compatible IP phones and routers, or you can use your own VoIP-ready hardware. Our team will advise you on the best setup during onboarding.

Are there any hidden fees or long-term contracts?

No. All pricing is transparent. Our plans are month-to-month, with no lock-in unless a custom contract is arranged. Any once-off setup fees will be disclosed upfront.

Can I integrate the PBX with my CRM or other apps?

Yes. Yeastar PBX supports integrations with tools like Zoho CRM, Salesforce, Microsoft Teams, CallCabinet, and more. You can check the “Integrate with Your Apps” section for full details.

Will I still get help after setup?

Definitely. Each plan includes ongoing support, with SLAs depending on your selected tier.
