How do I sign up for Telkom Openserve fibre to the home (FTTH)?
To sign up for Openserve FTTH you need to follow these easy steps:

  1. Fill in your details on the quick online application from www.uncappedfibre.co.za/telkom/openserve
  2. Once we receive your quick form details, we will call you to confirm them and send you an application to sign electronically.
  3. Send us the signed application along with your supporting documentation.
  4. We will process the deal and schedule your fibre installation
What documents are needed for a Telkom Openserve fibre application?

Telkom requires the following supporting documentation:

  • Clear copy of ID (a certified copy is preferred*)
  • Proof of physical address (not older than 3 months)
  • Latest Telkom bill (only required if you are an existing Telkom client)
Can I use someone else’s bank account to pay for my Openserve fibre service?

Yes, third-party payments are accepted. Provide a copy of the account holder’s ID and a signed authorisation letter for their account.

How long does it take to install Telkom Openserve fibre?

Installations usually take 7–21 working days. To help speed up the process:

  • Make sure any outstanding Telkom accounts are settled
  • Submit accurate forms with all documents
  • If your area is planned for future fibre rollout, applying early ensures you’re first in line

No, installation is included with your fibre package.

What contract terms apply to Telkom Openserve fibre?

Uncapped fibre comes with a month-to-month contract and a 12-month minimum commitment. Cancelling within the first year may incur charges for installation, activation, or any promotional equipment.

Do you offer Wi-Fi boosting solutions for large homes or offices?
