Zoho concierge service FAQs
Is the concierge service a way to get customer support?
DSL Telecom's concierge can recommend which applications to use and which features to look into, but they are not a support team. For ongoing support, we would recommend one of our Customer Success Plans.
Do I pay for DSL Telecom's concierge service?
No, it is free. We will simply assist you in selecting the right Zoho application for your business. To get going with the software, we recommend our Zoho Training, Implementation and Customer Success Plans.
Does the concierge service include POC?
No, our concierge service does not include proof of concept (POC). Should you require a POC before your Zoho software deployment, we can provide you with a POC quote.
How do I prepare for a concierge call/meeting?
The more information you can provide about your business processes, the better our concierge will be at helping you. For example, if you want to improve your billing process, tell us where you are having problems right now: is your current system bad at billing for time? is it cumbersome to follow up about every late payment?
If you work at a larger business, selecting software often involves people from several departments agreeing on a decision. Try scheduling a call when your colleagues are available or ascertain their requirements ahead of time.
What should I expect from a concierge call/meeting?
Expect your call/meeting to be a one-on-one conversation. Before the call/meeting, your concierge will examine your requirements and research your company and industry. During the call/meeting, you will describe how your processes work and what your goals are. After learning more about your requirements, we will recommend software that fits your business and explain why it will work.
How long do concierge calls/meetings last?
Concierge calls/meetings typically last between 30 mins to an hour. The duration of the call/meeting is dependent on your requirements, but we do our best to make the best use of both our time and yours. We will schedule a follow up call if more time is needed.
