Telkom Link Africa is rolled out in select areas with high-speed broadband. You can check coverage here: www.coveragecheck.co.za/telkomfibre or contact our sales team. 

How do I sign up for Telkom Link Africa fibre (FTTH)?
  1. Fill in your details on the quick online application from www.uncappedfibre.co.za/telkom/linkafrica
  2. Once we receive your quick form details, we will call you to confirm them and send you an application to sign electronically.
  3. Send us the signed application along with your supporting documentation.
  4. We will process the deal and schedule your fibre installation
What documentation do I need for the Telkom Link Africa fibre application?

Telkom requires the following supporting documentation:

  • Clear copy of ID (a certified copy is preferred*)
  • Proof of physical address (not older than 3 months)
  • Latest Telkom bill (only required if you are an existing Telkom client)
Can someone else pay for my Telkom Link Africa fibre account?
Yes, by providing a copy of the payer’s ID and a signed authorisation letter.
How long does it take to install Telkom Link Africa fibre?
Installations typically take 7–21 working days. Make sure all documents are complete and accurate, and that any outstanding Telkom bills are settled to avoid delays.
Are there any installation charges for the Link Africa packages?

No. Installation is included free of charge with your fibre package.

What contract terms apply to Telkom Link Africa fibre?

Month-to-month contracts with a12-month minimum commitment. Cancelling early may result in charges for installation, activation, or promotional equipment.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my package?
Do you supply internal Wi-Fi boosting Access Points (APs)?

Yes. For large homes or premises, a cabled AP solution is recommended. We use Ubiquiti APs connected by Ethernet to the router, with cabling run to the area needing coverage. The AP is mounted on the ceiling, similar to a light fitting. shop.dsltelecom.co.za
