How do I know if a Success Plan is right for me?

If you want ongoing guidance, quick access to certified Zoho experts, and proactive optimisation of your Zoho apps, a Customer Success Plan is ideal. If you only need help with setup, we recommend our Implementation Services instead.

What are ‘in-plan access’ hours?

These are the hours included in your plan each month that you can use to access our Customer Success resources.

What can I use my hours for?

Your hours can be used for technical support, admin assistance, developer support, coaching sessions, or expert advice.

Can my whole team use the hours, or just one person?

Yes, hours can be shared across your organisation. Many clients assign a primary contact, but your team can all benefit from the plan.

Do unused hours roll over?

No. Any unused hours expire at the end of each month.
How do I track how many hours I’ve used?

All activity is time-tracked, and you’ll receive a usage report each month.
Can I upgrade my plan if I need more hours?

Yes. You can upgrade at any time. The 12-month contract term will restart, and upgrades are subject to resource availability.
Can I get a custom plan?
Yes. Contact us to discuss a custom plan tailored to your business needs.
    How available are the Customer Success Managers?

    Yes. You can book ad-hoc sessions at R1 250/hr, billed in 30-minute increments, subject to availability.
    How available are the Customer Success Managers?

     Each manager works with only a handful of clients, so you get high availability, fast responses, and focused support.
    What if I need urgent support?

     We prioritise critical issues. If something is business-impacting, our Success Managers will assist as quickly as possible within your plan’s scope.
    Do you offer support outside of business hours?

    Our standard hours are Monday–Friday during business hours. If you require after-hours or weekend support, we can discuss a custom plan with extended coverage.
    How long is the contract term?

    All Customer Success Plans have a minimum 12-month contract term.

    Do the plans include implementation services?

    No. Implementation is quoted separately. Customer Success Plans are for ongoing support and optimisation after setup.
