Your Partner In Technology Success Since 2009

DSL Telecom began in 2009 with a vision to connect South Africans to better technology. Starting out with innovative offerings like ADSL, 3G, VoIP, and IP-PBX, we quickly grew a loyal customer base through smart solutions and strong partnerships. Early on, we built powerful foundational systems including Zoho CRM and custom lead generation tools, setting the stage for scalable growth.

From 2014 to 2019, our team grew from 8 to 25 employees. We were early movers in fibre and LTE, launching lead generation infrastructure ahead of the market and helping thousands of customers make the switch. This period was defined by bold leadership, rapid innovation, and the evolution of our culture.

As our team expanded to 50+, we shifted our growth focus toward B2B while maintaining strong B2C momentum. With increasing complexity came the need for a dedicated leadership team and a stronger internal focus on people, processes, and systems. By 2023, we had a seasoned management structure in place and a clear understanding of the enterprise potential of both Zoho and Yeastar.

Entering 2024, our 15th year in business, DSL Telecom was focused on scalable coordination. We’ve expanded our offices, launched a thriving internship program, and built a custom learning management system to transfer over 15 years of expertise. With a YoY growth rate of 37.57%, we are stronger than ever.

Today, with 75+ employees, we’ve entered a new phase of growth through collaboration—focused on making everything we do scalable. We’re optimising structure, enhancing processes, and positioning ourselves as South Africa’s go-to provider for enterprise-ready solutions in connectivity, communications, and cloud-based business software.
