Easy Connect runs on the Telkom Openserve network, rolled out in select areas. You can check coverage here: www.coveragecheck.co.za/telkomfibre or contact our sales team. 

  1. Fill in your details on the quick online application form.
  2. We'll call you to confirm your details and send an application to sign electronically.
  3. Send us the signed application along with your supporting documentation.
  4. We'll process the deal and schedule your fibre installation.

Telkom requires the following supporting documentation:

  • Clear copy of your ID (a certified copy is preferred)
  • Proof of physical address (not older than 3 months)
  • Latest Telkom bill (only required if you're an existing Telkom client)

Yes, third-party payments are accepted. Provide a copy of the account holder’s ID and a signed authorisation letter for their account.

Installations usually take 7–21 working days. To help speed up the process:

  • Make sure any outstanding Telkom accounts are settled beforehand
  • Submit accurate forms with all documents
  • Apply early if your area is being rolled out
