Will I be signing a termed contract?
No, Vox MTN Uncapped LTE is a month-to-month product.
What router options are available with my Vox MTN Uncapped LTE package?
- If you already have an LTE-compatible router, then choose a SIM-only package. LTE-compatible routers include: ZTE MF296C, and Huawei B618, B612, B525, and B2368 models.
- You also have the option to purchase a ZTE MF296C Wi-Fi router outright for a once-off fee of R1895 incl. Vat. Available on all packages.
Does Vox MTN Uncapped LTE have a Fair Usage Policy?
Yes there is an FUP (Fair Usage Policy). In order to protect customers on its network, Vox over MTN will reduce the speed of heavy users.
10Mbps Uncapped LTE FUP:
If you use more than 400GB in a month, your speed will be throttled up to 1Mbps for the remainder of the month.
50Mbps Uncapped LTE FUP:
If you use more than 500GB in a month, your speed will be throttled up to 1Mbps for the remainder of the month.
No Speed Limit Uncapped LTE FUP:
If you use more than 1000GB in a month, your speed will be throttled up to 1Mbps for the remainder of the month.
Is there a charge for delivery?
Delivery of your SIM or SIM+ Router package is free. Please ensure you have your RICA documents available when the courier delivers your package.
