How to track your Vox product or service order

Here you can find out how to track your Vox product or service order by following these 5 easy steps on the Vox Customer Portal:

Step 1: Navigate to the Vox Customer Portal - customer.vox.co.za   


Step 2:Access your account by Signing In with your mobile number that you initially signed up with.

Step 3: A 6 digit OTP will be sent to the mobile number that you signed in with. This is to verify and authenticate your login to protect your personal account details. Enter the 6 digit code to access your account details.

Step 4: Select ''My Orders'' and click on the order that you would like to track status of. The status will either display as ''In Progress'' or ''Complete''.Once logged in to the portal, navigate to Orders & Docs where you will see all your outstanding and completed orders.
