What is your favourite Cloud PBX feature?

One of my favourite cloud PBX features is the Zoho CRM and Desk integration as this allows our team to make and attend to calls right from their sales software. You also never lose track of previous conversations thanks to the call history saved under each record. 


What is the most common question you get asked regarding our phone systems?

"Can I make and receive calls on multiple devises? " What I love so much about the system is that you can make and receive calls on multiple devices. You can use the Linkus app on your laptop, mobile phone and configure it to an IP phone. This is great as you can make and receive calls from anywhere provided you have an internet connection.


What is something customers don't know about DSL Telecom?
