The DSL Telecom implementation approach is broken into five stages. Each stage includes a series of segments that are filled with a set of inputs, tools, techniques, and deliverables all building upon one another to move to the next stage.

Requirements
Pre-sales evaluation of customers needs including demo's, meetings and software trials which allows us to establish a high-level overview of the requirements and enable us to propose a closely estimated cost of the project.
Discovery and Design
Once the proposal has been accepted we start the project kick-off meeting and conduct an in depth analysis of the customers requirements, workflows and processes from which a scope of work (SOW) for the project can be developed, detailing deliverables, schedules, inclusions and exclusions and more.
Implementation and Testing
Deployment
Once the solution has been delivered we then move on to user/admin training of relevant stakeholders and Go-live.
Support and Success
Post Go-live support is made available for a limited period for any bugs that may be discovered after real users start using the product and the customer can choose to engage in a Customer Success Plan with DSL Telecom for ongoing support and advancement of the system.
