No, MTN Uncapped LTE is a month-to-month product.
What hardware will I receive with my with my MTN Uncapped LTE package?
- A free-to-use ZTE MF296C 4G Wi-Fi router is included in the 10Mbps and 20Mbps packages.
- A free-to-use ZTE MC888 5G Wi-Fi router is included in the 35Mbps, 60Mbps and Unlimited packages.
Does MTN Uncapped LTE have a Fair Usage Policy?
Yes there is an FUP (Fair Usage Policy). In order to protect customers on its network, MTN will reduce the speed of heavy users.
10Mbps Uncapped LTE FUP:
If you use more than 100GB in a month, MTN will reduce your speed to 1Mbps
20Mbps Uncapped LTE FUP:
If you use more than 300GB in a month, MTN will reduce your speed to 1Mbps
35Mbps Uncapped LTE FUP:
If you use more than 500GB in a month, MTN will reduce your speed to 2Mbps
60Mbps Uncapped LTE FUP:
If you use more than 800GB in a month, MTN will reduce your speed to 5Mbps
Unlimited Uncapped LTE FUP:
If you use more than 1.5TB in a month, MTN will reduce your speed to 5Mbps
Is there a charge for delivery?
Delivery of your SIM + Router package is free. Please ensure you have your RICA documents available when the courier delivers your package.
