Telkom Mobile App - Learn how to download the Telkom App for Android & Apple devices. 

The Telkom mobile app gives you the ability to manage your Telkom LTE, DSL & Fibre accounts from your smartphone.

Allowing you to seamlessly:

  • Check your data and airtime balances

  • Top-up your data and airtime

  • View and pay your outstanding Telkom bills

  • Track any new Telkom orders

  • Find information you need or chat to a consultant for assistance

  • Easily log faults

  • Check any Telkom services

The Telkom mobile app gives you the ability to manage your Telkom LTE, DSL & Fibre accounts from your smartphone.

Here is how to download the Telkom Mobile app onto your smartphone

1. Navigate to the Google Play store if you're an Android user or navigate to the Apple App store if you're an Apple user. You can click on the logos below to quick access to the Google Play Store & Apple App Store.

2.  Search for Telkom and look for the blue My Telkom logo. View Screenshot below.

3.  Install the app.

Here is how to Register via the Telkom App

1. Navigate to the Telkom app and select ''Create Account''.

2. Fill in all your personal details.

3. Select the next button.

4. You will receive a OTP via email. Type in that OTP and select continue.

4.  Registration will then be successful.

Here is how to login to the Telkom app (once you have downloaded the app)

1. Open your Telkom App.

2. Fill in your username (email address) and your password.

3. Select ''Sign In''.

Here is how you can easily check your Telkom Data Balance using the Telkom App on your smartphone

1. Navigate to your Telkom app on your smartphone. 

2. Sign into your Telkom account.

3. View the balances of your active Telkom services.
