Since partnering with Telkom in 2016, we at DSL Telecom have evolved to be recognised as the largest post-paid Telkom Authorised Dealer in South Africa and have subsequently won a multitude of awards for our record-breaking internet sales and our outstanding customer service and after-sales support.
2020, despite its unforgettable global challenges, was no exception for our winning ways. It was a year defined by transformation - the way we worked, the way our businesses operated and even how we served our customers had to transform in order to survive the challenges that had been thrown our way. Amongst the chaos though, our organisation managed to excel, staring digital transformation in the eye and shouting “bring it on!”
