RenEnergy lacked a single system that could handle their sales, content collaboration and accounting processes. DSL Telecom's Zoho experts also customised the automatic creation of a WorkDrive folder if a lead or account is created in the CRM and the automatic creation of a WorkDrive subfolder if a deal is created. Day +/-  7: Telkom processes the request presented alongside the supporting documents. 

Normal bill: Telkom sends a regular bill to the client as the cancellation request is processed. 

Day 30: Telkom finalises the cancellation order marking the end of a 30-day notice. 

Day 60: The customer receives the final bill from the company.
