Here you can find the general delivery lead times for Telkom LTE. Scroll down to find a walk-through video showing you how to track your Telkom LTE order.
Once you have placed your Telkom LTE order on www.ltedeals.co.za or www.uncappedlte.co.za, DSL Telecom will submit your application directly to Telkom's back office. 

Once Telkom has approved your  Telkom LTE application on their system,  you will receive a order number and a waybill number, which you can use for tracking purposes.  You order will then be handed over to Courier IT for delivery. You can anticipate your Telkom LTE SIM & router (if ordered) to be delivered within 7 - 10 working days, from your order approval date.
To easily track your Telkom order and estimated delivery date, visit Courier IT's website: www.courierit.co.za and enter your tracking/waybill number. 

Step 1:

Step 2:
​Enter your waybill number in the designated box.

Step 3:
Details of your parcel will be displayed on the screen.

NB: It can take up to 2 working days for your order tracking details to populate on Courier IT's website. Upon delivery, the courier will require you to present your ID document and proof of address for RICA purposes.

Once delivered, please allow up to 72 hours from the time the SIM Card is inserted into the desired device for the data to be allocated.

Here is how to download the Telkom Mobile app onto your smartphone

1. Navigate to the Google Play store if you're an Android user or navigate to the Apple App store if you're an Apple user. You can click on the logos below to quick access to the Google Play Store & Apple App Store.

2.  Search for Telkom and look for the blue My Telkom logo. View Screenshot below.

3.  Install the app.

Here is how to Register via the Telkom App

1. Navigate to the Telkom app and select ''Create Account''.

2. Fill in all your personal details.

3. Select the next button.

4. You will receive a OTP via email. Type in that OTP and select continue.

Here is how to login to the Telkom app (once you have downloaded the app)

1. Open your Telkom App.

2. Fill in your username (email address) and your password.

3. Select ''Sign In''.

1. Navigate to your Telkom app on your smartphone. 

2. Sign into your Telkom account.
