Extended 3 Year Warranty

Under the SLA we extended the manufacturer warranty of your PBX equipment from 1 year off site to 3 years on site

DSL Telecom is one of the few providers that offer a 3 year on-site warranty for customers that are on an active SLA. This means you have total peace of mind. If something goes wrong we replace the equipment at your premises.

Business Halted

System and component breakages with complete phone system failure. No calls can be made or received. We respond within 2hrs, Fix within 4hrs.


Business Interrupted

Partial failure of phone system or components but calls can be made or received. We respond within 2hrs, Fix within 4hrs.


Indirect Service Providers

3rd Party Connectivity Issues (Voice, Internet, Cloud). 30 Minutes to 48Hrs depending on the service providers turnaround time.


Telephonic

Telephone support is available to all clients and is delivered via our local agencies as well as DSL Telecom Head Office.


Remote

The internet allows us to service customers remotely. All of our systems are software based and accessible via web interface for easy support.


On-Site

On-Site service is provided by our local area agents. You always have someone to assist you when you need it.


Service Providers

Customers can also access our service providers help-desks (Vox Telecom, Neotel, ZOHO) for 24/7 support.
